Hello and welcome to Wyoming Real Estate Brokerage and Wyoming. For my family, Wyoming is a perfect fit. My husband and I have two sons. My husband grew up on a cattle ranch and I spent 20 years riding and training Thoroughbred Race Horses. Our family spends most of its free time together in the Wyoming outdoors, hunting, and horseback riding, hiking, camping and skiing. We truly feel blessed to live here and will be hard pressed to experience all that it has to offer.

My name is Carrie Pacileo and I moved to Wyoming with my family in 2014. I was born and raised in Massachusetts, then moved to Ohio and finally to Powell, Wyoming where I plan to spend the rest of my days.
My family and I have an undying love for adventure and the outdoors. Whether it be camping, hunting, fishing, horseback riding or hiking we are up for it all. We are home, and we intend to make the best of it each and every day.
With that being said, part of my reasoning for choosing the real estate profession is that my family and I have found our forever home in Wyoming and I would love nothing more than to do that for our clients. Wyoming has so much to offer with its majestic mountains, abundant wildlife, and most of all, hard-working and honest people in every community.
It would be my honor to be able to assist clients in finding their own little piece of the American Dream. A place to rest their head, a place to call home. My husband; Ken, and our three children Keighly, Jimmy, and Jacob, have devoted our lives to making our own herds and the cattle we’ve managed for others the best they can be. We believe it’s our calling as cattlemen and cattlewomen to do everything we can to improve the cattle industry through a blend of proper management, genetics, and the utilization of science. Through our years of experience in cattle ranching and ranch management, we’ve learned to identify what breed composition, phenotype, and EPD profiles are optimum for any specific environment to produce the highest value product at a sustainable cost. We’ve used the parameters of DNA, strategic nutrition programs, and actual carcass evaluation, while never losing sight of practicality and functionality. Before every critical decision, we ask ourselves, “Will this decision help my customers succeed?” Regardless of what sector of the beef industry we were associated with at the time.
Our diverse experience includes management of large commercial herds in excess 12,000 cows to smaller, yet very cutting-edge seed-stock operations of 500 head. I feel that our experience brings a lot to the table; but without a doubt and most importantly, we always take something away that increases our knowledge of and passion for this great industry.
Today, Ken and I are blessed to call Northern Wyoming home and we cherish the western life-style that we live and breathe, day-in and day-out. Our passion for the cattle industry continues to grow and thrive as we’re able to grow our Sim-Angus cow-herd and do so alongside our oldest son Jimmy and his wife, ShayLe. We are thankful to sell our bulls in the Big Country Genetics Bull Sale, and private-treaty various female groups throughout the year. We feel as though we are better able to serve our customers we are doing life alongside them and their operations.
